Mother's Day Tea Party
I pretty much painted "glimmer mist" on the entire layout to give the page lots sparkle. It's hard to see on the pictures, so I blew up a small portion to see the effect it has! And of course, we partnered up with Creative Charms to make our pages extra fun!

Dress Up Your My Little Shoebox Alpha's
Make your alpha's fit your unique style and coordinate with your page!

Almost every scrapbook page includes some type of title, journaling or alphabetical wording. My Little Shoebox has three wonderful alphabet styles. I'm going to focus on the chipboard alpha's and dress them up!
There are 100's of different mediums to use. I picked a handful that I thought most of us would have on hand already.
M-dry emboss them and make them stand out. (I ran mine through the cuttlebug)
Y-make them sparkly with Stickles
L-make them worth $10,000 with bling
I-flowers and rub-ons
T-brads and eyelets (you know you have 100's of these!)
T-micro beads give them nice texture
L-give them some age and distress them with sandpaper and ink
E-mica flakes-perfect for winter/snow pages
S-using the chipboard letter as a mask, spay with spray ink
H-make them original and doodle on them
O-embellish with stickpins and flowers
E-glossy accents will make them super shinny
B-play up the font, remove the top layer and dress it with glimmer mist or paint
O-ribbons and bow-oh' so pretty!
X-outline with a pen
A-heat emboss (image is from a MLS stamp)
L-stamp an image (image is from a MLS stamp)
P-pattern paper will make them coordinate perfectly with your page
H-magic mesh
A-journal on them
