We Challenge You!

It's time for you play along with us at BlueMoon Scrapbooking! We have a challenge this month. Lisa posted the challenge on the BlueMoon Blog and it reads like this:

This is a Vintage Challenge - Remember the good old times when things were simple and neighbors and relatives all had doilies. The mothers and grandmothers gathering with the smell of small fine pastries, percolating coffee and crème filled the air. Make a layout using an old photo and a doily.

This is my take using the Basic Grey Doily Paper and the "good old times theme!"

This is my great-grandma and myself. I must have been around 4 or so.

I made a couple coordinating flowers using the Basic Grey pattern papers.


Check out the cool metal spoon. It was in my January Flirtatious kit! Perfect embellishment for my tea page.

more simple flowers, also showing of I weaved some ribbon in and out of the doily paper. Very easy technique and finishes off the page.
