First off don't laugh or judge me but... I have decided this is the year for me! I mean to (try) exercise. Sure I use the elliptical now and then during the winter. During the summer months I walk with a friend 3 miles, 4 times a week. I feel I can do better. I'm going to run!!!! It's not like I'm training for a 5K or anything but just a like jog now and then. Actually I'm just jogging along my 5 year old while he rides he's bike. (it's looks better when people are looking at me. See this way it looks like I'm trying to keep up with him.)--see another good plan.
But, really I do have an actual plan. This is my plan: Couch to 5K I don't know if I'll ever get past week 2 and if I'm stuck on week 2 all summer-that's fine by me. It means I got past week 1. I'm on day 2 and it's 2 days better I did before.
Let just hope my legs keep up!
